The 4 month hustle starts tomorrow. A goal towards excellence., a structured program for EGPGs. I will be closely in touch with all the EGPGs via a separate group. A group to motivate each others when you are not completing the day's topic. 

I will ask every single day, a status report for completion of topic - and also assessments at the end of the day to keep a check. Just 4-5 months, you will be able to achieve what seems an impossible task.
