Body surface area (BSA) affected can be classified as:

  • Mild psoriasis: < 5% of BSA

  • Severe psoriasis: > 10% of BSA.

Treatment for GPP in adults: 

  • Oral/systemic steroids are not used in the management of Chronic plaque Psoriasis. Topical steroids may be used.
