Had posted this pic in whatsap groups - This is the lining epithelium of distended bladder and the green arrow points to the denuded epithelium due to improper fixation. !!

How bladder ? - its not like the usual transitional we used to see 

Distended bladder - has only 2-3 layers, if u carefully look - you can see cell which are horizontally oriented -  umbrella cells
In distended bladder due to thin epithelium, improper fixation will always result in loss of epithelium, so please be careful while fixation !
