Tortoise vs Hare

I am sure you will be well aware of the time old, boring tortoise and the hare story. We all might consider it silly - but that is a most important lesson taught to us during childhood -  However good you are, you have to keep moving. ! If you want to be on the top you have to move, you have to read. This story will fit in now perfectly that any other time. Student 1 (The mighty rabbit) - Have read the entire last year completely  - Have put in the maximum effort and went close to the finishline, but couldn't cross it because (exams got postponed) and now bit relaxed thinking I have done well and have got a decent rank in GT/INICET so i shall relax for a whileStudent 2 (The slow and steady Tortoise) - Who was reading slowly, didn't do well in INICET, got depressed for a day or two and started pulling up themselves and started to read steadily - Now on the track inspite of knowing they are very far way to go, but still reading. ! You are going to win. ! So if you are in the first scenario with lethargy, what do you do now ? Every person will have a favourite subject, which they can any day - pick up the book and start reading, just for enjoying the subject (or their dream PG subject) - so take that first - Read the subject which you love to break the monotony and laziness - Inbetween sandwich with a subject you hate. Do it for a a week - you will get into the groove, you HAVE to get into the groove - I dont want any single student repent later - the postponement and lethargy costed a rank. ! You can do it and the regular daily videos is for that - to make you stick yo your timetable.. Subscribe here today to make your reading regular. Now wish everyone a vey good morning and take the subject you love. ! A very good morning...!PS - Extremely happy that yesterday 1 TB + of videos was watched - saying more than 1300 students watched the video. Good to most of them utilising and Relearning Pathology !

A Very Good Morning !

I can see the procrastination moving around the corner ! Quite a few students said that - keep the video less than one hour. If it's more than that - i am not seeing it. I generally try to keep around 45-50 minutes. Few topic will need slightly more than an hour - so only few of them. That too a couple of minutes more. Let's keep that aside, It's not always, but some time we need to come out of our comfort zone. And yes i hope you agree to that -  consider the few videos more than one hour as testing times ! So what's life without challenges -  and the challenge for you guys is to complete the videos of slightly more than an hour - Let's achieve it and get out cheap thrills !!Today''s targetRevision Batch -  Chronic Inflammation -  Subscribe here today to get acesss Regular Batch - We shall be starting WBC's - No more memorising CD markers ! Lets understand and learn :) A very good morning !

A Very Good Morning !

I was talking to a Head and Neck Oncology Fellow yesterday and something stuck me hard. He was saying that -  Once he finished the course, he wants to become like "Dr.X" (one of the leaders in Head and Neck Oncology in the country). I thought amazing goal he has got and went back to the lab. I also have a aim -  to become like a leading oncopathologist in the country.  Most of have a person in mind and wanted to become that person. Isn't? Most of us do not reach the place and our aim slowly becomes less significant. So is there any flaw in this method of being ambitious to be the best in the field like so and so ? Rather not, you will but we have to have change our approach a bit. Let's take my case - My position now here is at 100 and the Pathologist who is like a idol - is at 1.  So i have so much to do to reach the position. Thinking about the journey itself is exhaustive. Very very much, so during the journey there are all possibilities for me to drop out after being burnt out. Rather why don't we do this, reduce our destination -  Instead of aiming at the top, probably I would have been better -  if I had aimed at 95th position from 100th probably i would have done it -  and then 90th and one day my dream would have happened. Just the probability in the latter is more than the former. It would be better for us if we do the same thing - Rather than focussing on the NEET results and dream college and seat (that will be there in the back of mind) - we shall focus on today's target and we will be well off once we complete it !Today's Target for #PathocubsFinish chapter 1 "Relearn Patho" (You have to finish any backlogs if any) Regular Batch - Hemolytic anemia Let's do it - Subscribe here today and join our tiny little support system #pathocubs A very good morning !
