Why only a few are on top ?

The pattern is so much similar every year.  Even with the revision series the pattern is similar. I would like to categorise students into 3 groupsStudents who are very much enthusiastic to start with -  give their 150% and gets exhausted after sometime. Students who are consistent -  Does their job of reading and giving tests -  But do not read the explanations and make necessary changes in the reading patternStudents who are consistent -  Give tests, reads the explanations, notes down things, notes their difficult topics -  puts extra efforts & improves them graduallyNo one will improve by leaps and bounds - Growth will always be slow and to make it consistent you need to put the efforts into it ! We had finishline tests for past 3 days -  First day the number attempted was the maximum and drops further ! To all reading this, consistency is the only key ! Nothing else. ! Please be consistent. I know you guys are in difficult times, but doesnt matter you have to overcome it. It's 8 minutes a day and may be 20 minutes to go through it and make changes. I wish all students will be in the 3rd group -  Improve slowly and consistently. Let's do it. Difficult times -  Just 30 mins of yours ! -  We shall improve for sure.Enrol to Revision series to get access. Subscribe here today  (The subscription for all students will be extended till NEET)

#derma #pathA 70-year-old male patient with a past medical history of diabetes mellitus with signs of diabetic nephropathy presented with a sudden severe itch and generalized papules and nodules. Physical examination revealed central keratotic plaques with no blisters. Direct immunofluorescence showed linear deposition of IgG and C3c at the dermo-epidermal junction. Histopathological examination of a skin biopsy specimen revealed a cup-shaped invagination of the epidermis associated with necrotic debris. There were vertically penetrating collagen bundles located between dermis and epidermis associated with a dermal neutrophilic infiltrate. What is the cause of pruritus in this case?1.Bullous pemphigoid2.Acquired reactive perforating dermatosis3.Kyrle disease4.Prurigo nodularis Enrol to Revision series to get access. Subscribe here today  (The subscription for all students will be extended till NEET)

Since we have got time we shall break it and learn.  Now look at the below question.  Read the entire question fast without any bias. Each and every word.  A 17- year old male presents with a spontaneous hematoma on the dorsum of the right foot. He says that it started as a bruise without any history of preceding trauma, then it gradually increased to the size of a tennis ball. Detailed medical history revealed that about a year before the development of the hematoma, he also started noticing easy bruising with minor trauma. He also reported lethargy and palpitations. On physical examination, the patient was well oriented, alert, and conscious. The swelling was warm and tender to touch, and the size of hematoma is about 5x5 cm with approximately 1.5 cm depth. Examination of all the other systems did not reveal any significant findings. Blood workup showed a platelet count of 250,000 platelets/microliter, prothrombin time of 12 seconds, activated partial thromboplastin time of 62 seconds and bleeding time of 10 minutes. Coagulation factor assays will most likely demonstrate autoantibodies towards which one of the following? Now let's look what you should have grabbed while reading them. !?
